This is our LifeTracks online self-learning course that comprise of the following:
1. Orientation Workshop (30 min, via Zoom)
You will first need to attend a 30 min Orientation Workshop via Zoom scheduled at 7.30pm, Wednesday 24 August 2022.

2. Self-Paced Online Learning (over 14 days on Moodle)
This is the self-paced online learning component of the course content.
3. Course Workshop (1 hour via Zoom)
The course will conclude with a 1-hour Course Workshop via Zoom scheduled at 7.30pm, Wednesday 7 September 2022, after completing your Self-Paced Learning
