Lifetracks is our 'Life Development and Leadership' course, which consists of six Tracks.
Track 4 focuses on leadership development, providing skill-based training to prepare partners of CityLife Church for confident leadership, becoming a leader of influence wherever God has placed you. Equipping you with key tools to empower you to lead.

- The Heart of a Leader
- A Leader's Spiritual Life
- The People Skills of a Leader
- The Leader as Coach
- The Leader as a Team Builder
This online self-learning course comprises of the following:
1. Orientation Workshop (via Zoom)
You will first need to attend a 30-min Orientation Workshop.
2. Self-Paced Online Learning (over 2 weeks on Moodle)
This is the self-paced online learning component of the course content.
3. Course Workshop (via Zoom)
You will need to attend a 1-hour Course Workshop after completing your Self-Paced Learning.
